About Keller

I’m Keller Yates, the owner and operator of Dragonfly Enterprises. I grew up on a horse farm spread across 100 acres, where my family handled most of the property work ourselves. Before I had a tractor, I built a grading blade for our lawn tractor to help maintain the horse trails and long gravel driveway. Once I bought a tractor, I was able to take on more of that work and do it more effectively.

I later worked maintaining horse farms and other properties, and I spent some time building horse fencing. My experience came through doing the work firsthand, both at home and for others.

About Dragonfly

I started Dragonfly in 2022 expecting to focus on smaller equipment work. It quickly became clear that many of the projects people needed required larger equipment. The business grew from there into the grading, excavation, driveway, drainage, horse property and other property work I do today.

Dragonfly is just me. I own and operate the business, answer the calls, visit properties, plan and quote the work, arrange materials and operate the equipment. For large material deliveries, I coordinate with a hauling company and continue to plan and manage the job.

Dragonfly is insured and based in Inman, South Carolina. I work across parts of Upstate South Carolina and the foothills of Western North Carolina.
